I wasn't sure if I had to pre order my photos.  Did my child take a photo?

Yes, every class took a class photo along with individual portraits if they attended school that day.  You have the option to pre-order but can wait for the photo proofs to come in - approximately two weeks after photo day.

How come certain families already received a digital copy of the photo and I haven't?  

If you set up a Lifetouch account using the code provided on the order form as well as registered each child prior to picture day, the digital images were made available.  If you have not set up an online account, you will be able to retrieve your child's digital photo after receiving the proofs.

Can I still send in an order form and pay cash? 

The order forms are only taken up until picture day and given directly to the photographers.  If you send any forms in now, we will send it back and advise you to wait to purchase directly online once you receive your proofs.

What is the advantage of pre-ordering the photos?  

If you pre-order the photos, you save on shipping fees as the photo packages will be sent directly to the school along with the proofs.  Also, the digital images are available a few days after via Shutterfly.  

I don't have a Shutterfly account, should I create one?

If you order digital images, it will link directly to your Shutterfly email account if it is the same as your Lifetouch account.  There are also more options to purchase other customized products such as photo mugs, holiday ornaments etc. through Shutterfly and also at times receive a coupon for additional products.

I don't like my child's photo or my child was sick that day - what are the options?

No need to worry! Photo retake day is scheduled at the beginning of December.  If you pre-order the photos, you will need to bring the entire package back on the day and give it to the photographer.  You will need to sign up through the PTA - more information will be shared closer to the date.
