Where will the advertising be featured?

Sponsor Logos: ALL ad buys will include a logo feature on the front page of our PTA website
Printed Flyers: Provided by Vendor and will go home in the student’s folders
Web Ads: Ads will be featured the PS94Q PTA website under the Sponsors Spotlight page and posted to PS94Q IG/FB Sponsors Story & Highlights
PTA Newsletter: Logo will be featured in monthly PTA newsletter on a rotating basis

How do we submit flyers or ad files?

What are accepted forms of payment?

Cash or Check (Made Payable to PTA of PS94Q via Mail [41-77 Little Neck Parkway, Little Neck, NY 11363]) or hand to your PTA representative

Is there an approval stage before we submit payment?

Advertising Form is filled and emailed along with corresponding file(s) and payment confirmation.

How often will the
web ads be posted?

Full year web ads are posted 2x- Sept-Dec AND Jan-June
Half year ads are posted 1x - Sept-Dec OR Jan-June

What is the file size and quantity needed for printed flyers?

Size: 8.5in. x11in.

Web ads are posted as IG/FB Stories and featured on our Local Community Highlights
