Donations for 2022 Harvest Festival

Every year we ask for contributions for our Annual Harvest Festival.

This year we ask again for your help!

The following are items that we need:

• Goodie Bag Toys/Party Favors/ Candy for Game Prizes: Individually wrapped candies (please do not send any candy that may contain nuts)

• Paper goods: Toilet paper, paper towels, utensils, paper plates

• Food items: Snacks (no nuts), juice boxes, candy

• Halloween/Fall Decorations: New, old or slightly damaged. Black/orange material, indoor/outdoor decorations, tablecloths, battery operated string lights, battery operated lights, etc.

• Gift Cards/Gift Certificates: Gift cards or gift certificates can be bundled with corresponding items for the raffle baskets

• Gift of Time: If you are interested in volunteering at the Harvest Festival, please email us at: 26Q094PA@schools.nyc.gov

• Check or Cash Donations / “Guilt Free Donations”: If you are unable to volunteer but would like to contribute, any of these guilt free donations would be extremely helpful.

These contributions will be used towards the payment of decorations, the children’s arts and crafts, goodie bags and to purchase what is needed for a successful event.

Donations can be dropped off at the Main Office (Please note “Child’s Name, Class, and Harvest Festival Donation”).
