Advance Admission: $10 per person. Please purchase a minimum of 2 tickets. If you have more than 1 child, consolidate your order on 1 form.
Your child will return home with a tear-off slip (or download it here). Please provide exact payment via Cash, Check, or Paypal.
Payment is due by Monday, October 23rd. (Checks may be made payable to “PTA of PS94Q.”)
